
Evangelist Stella Marshall
Assistant Pastor
Evangelist Stella M. Marshall was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She received the Holy Ghost at a very early age and has committed her life to fulfilling her God-ordained destiny. Evangelist Marshall was reared in the church through the influence of her special aunt, Jessie Price and worked diligently in the ministry for many years as a faithful Usher and Choir Member at The Greater Bethlehem Temple Church of Columbus, Ohio. It was here in 1989, where she met and married the love of her life, Pastor Terry D. Marshall. Pastor and Evangelist Marshall are the proud parents of 3 beautiful young adults, Lashauna, Victoria and Terry Jr. and grandson, Kaveion.
In August 1992, God led Evangelist Marshall and her family to Mt. Zion Apostolic Holiness Church under the anointed leadership of the late Bishop Gilbert S. Price. It is here where Evangelist Marshall accepted the call of Ministry that God placed on her life. After completing extensive Leadership Training, Ministerial Training and Sunday School Teachers Training, she received her Local Ministers License through the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith Organization on July 19, 1999. On October 3, 2003, Evangelist Marshall received her Ordained Elder License. Evangelist Marshall remained a faithful member of Mt. Zion for 20 years serving in various capacities such as Usher, Women’s Ministry Chairlady, Sunday School Teacher, Outreach Ministry, Praise Team and member of the Ministers Alliance. In April 2012, Evangelist Marshall walked hand in hand alongside her husband, Pastor Terry Marshall, as he opened the doors of New Hope Apostolic Ministries.
In her private time, Evangelist Marshall enjoys traveling, reading and spending quality time with her family. In the private sector, Evangelist Marshall has a rewarding and impactful career as the Director of the Early Childhood Nutrition & Education Childcare Centers Department for Children’s Hunger Alliance. Knowing first-hand the effects of growing up in impoverished and dysfunctional environments, she has become a strong advocate for ensuring the children in our communities state-wide receive healthy meals, early education and are in safe and loving environments.
Humbly, yet boldly walking in the call and command of God, Evangelist Marshall now serve as the Assistant Pastor of New Hope Apostolic Ministries. Evangelist Marshall is also the visionary for the Women of Virtue Ministry which is an outreach ministry designed to captivate and cultivate ladies of all ages through spiritual empowerment and by embracing them with the demonstration of God’s love. Evangelist Marshall is recognized as a true worshipper, mentor and a highly anointed and powerful Preacher who genuinely loves God’s people and is very passionate about encouraging and empowering others to be their best. It is her personal mission in life to encourage the discouraged, inspire hope in the hopeless and minister a Word of life to a dying world.
